Today I have two exceptionally lovely tracks from some European artists bursting on to the soft house scene. I actually don't even know if that's a genre but I just made it one. Its like soft pretty house music yeah?
Track One: Burgeoning French producer Thomas Ouf, better known as Kulkid, has built a following based on a string of highly acclaimed remixes that have managed to turn a variety of source material into dance floor fodder. The young producer crosses over fluidly between nu-disco and deep house. His first release of 2014 is his remix of Androma's "Gunjule" and its making its way up the Hype Machine charts. KulKid is a ladywood favourite and has been producing consistently good music since early 2013. We wish him nothing but the best.
Track Two: This remix of London based singer-songwriter Jess Mills tune For my Sins by Etherwood is a solid drum and bass take of a beautiful song filled with lyrical simplicity. I think the two songs compliment each other nicely and are some seriously awesome examples of the music headed your way from Europe this year. -C
